AssessME.org offers two types of Spiritual Formation Assessments; each may be customized and branded per your church’s requirements. Both assessment models are Adobe Flash^© based and will run within a page of your church website. The two models include:

1)     Small Group Model – This Spiritual Formation Assessment model is designed for use within a small group where the small group leader may serve as a mentor/coach to group members. To view a sample, Click Here.

2)     Next Steps Church Programming Model – This Spiritual Formation Assessment model is called “Next Steps” because it identifies the individual’s current spiritual maturity level, and provides resource and programming options offered, or recommended by your church, for the individual to mature to the next level. Note: It may be necessary to refresh your browser to view the assessment samples. In addition, the $395 fee covers six hours of programming/design time which is sufficient for rebranding, re-coloring, and textual editing. Additional programming charges of $65/hour will apply for custom assessment development beyond the project scope specified.
